Truck Rentals

Truck rentals are an excellent option for people who need to move but don’t have their truck. This is because they come with all the amenities of a rental car, such as gas and insurance, and offer more storage space than most cars. The best part about renting a truck is that you can rent it on an hourly basis, so if your moving needs change, you won’t be stuck paying for days or weeks that you don’t need the vehicle.

If you are in the market for a truck rental, then Los Angeles Movers has you covered. We have all of your moving needs, including trucks with cargo space to transport boxes and furniture. Our fleet comprises quality vehicles that can handle any move, no matter how small or large it may be. If you need help figuring out what size vehicle will work best for your situation, give us a message at

Pickup Trucks

A pickup truck is an excellent option for people that are moving their things. It has more storage space than most cars but doesn’t have the amenities of an actual rental truck, such as insurance and gas included in the price.

U-Haul Truck

The U-Haul trucks are probably the best-known truck rental on our fleet because they are prevalent with first-time movers. The U-Haul trucks come equipped with a driver and insurance, but you need to pay for the gas yourself, which will be more expensive than if it was included in your truck rental price.

Wrecker Truck

A wrecker truck is used to tow broken-down cars or large trailers filled with many items. The wrecker trucks are more significant than the U-Haul trucks and have a towing capacity of 20,000 pounds.

Dump Truck

If you need help removing debris from your home or yard, we can provide you with one of our dump truck rentals! Dump trucks come equipped with a driver, but you are responsible for the gas.

Cargo Vans

Cargo vans are usually smaller than most rental trucks and U-Hauls but offer more storage space. Cargo vans can fit approximately five to seven people comfortably inside, depending on how much stuff you have packed in there! Like trucks, cargo vans come with a driver but you need to pay for gas yourself.

When you rent a truck with Los Angeles Movers, you have many different options for using your truck rental. If you are only moving one bedroom worth of items, renting the smallest U-Haul will be fine, but if you need to transport more than that, it might be necessary to upgrade to a larger-sized vehicle. Pickup trucks and dump trucks can be used for both moving and cleaning out your home. If you don’t feel like transporting items yourself, we also offer full-service movers to pack up all of your belongings into boxes and unpack them when they arrive at the new house or apartment.

Fuel Efficiency

Truck rentals are cheaper than leasing a truck, but they still cost more money to use than your vehicle. This is why you must get the most out of each trip and make sure you aren’t using up all of the gas in one sitting. That way, when it comes time for your next move or clean-up project, you can rent a truck again without having to pay for another round of gas.

Experienced Drivers

When you work with moving truck rentals professionals at Los Angeles Movers, we have years and years of experience moving houses, so we know all about how trucks should be used to get the job done as quickly as possible. We also use our trucks daily during our house moves so we will be familiar with the ins and outs of your specific vehicle.

We will be able to answer questions about your local rental moving trucks and help you plan out when it’s best for you to use the vehicle.
